Refund Policy

At Monjaras Solutions, we value our customers and strive to provide dependable, safe, and timely transportation services. We understand that plans may change, and we have established this Refund Policy to ensure fairness and transparency in handling cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellations by Customers

Local Transportation Services:
Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are non-refundable.
Charter or Long-Distance Services:
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure to qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

2. No-Shows

If a customer does not appear for their scheduled service and has not canceled in advance, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellations by Monjaras Solutions

In the rare event that Monjaras Solutions must cancel a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather, mechanical issues, or driver availability), customers will be offered:

A full refund, or
The option to reschedule at no additional charge.

We will make every reasonable effort to notify affected customers as soon as possible.

4. Delays and Service Interruptions

Refunds are not guaranteed for delays caused by traffic, accidents, road closures, or other incidents beyond our control. However, if the service cannot be completed due to our fault, we will review each situation individually to determine eligibility for a partial or full refund.

5. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
